Care Programs

Care Programs allow users to set up a regular maintenance and beautification programs delivered directly to a location.

The Care Program feature can include but is not limited to:

Maintenance and up-keep works regarding locations
Repairs; significant and small
Ongoing or onetime deliveries of flowers and other products.

Note: The Care Programs feature does not have a full integration to byondpro. Care Programs use data tables from RecordKeepr.

Care Programs include the following operational areas:

Contracts with the cemetery customers to look after individual locations
Renew Contracts that have expired
Tracking issued Invoices as a result of Contracts
Tracking Purchase Orders issued to the Suppliers
Send Work Orders to your internal team/s via Task Manager.
Configuration of inventory and product areas.
