Care Programs 

 
 
Care Programs allow users to set up a regular maintenance and beautification programs delivered directly to a location.
The Care Program feature can include but is not limited to:
 
  •  Maintenance and up-keep works regarding locations
  •  Repairs; significant and small
  •  Ongoing or onetime deliveries of flowers and other products.
 
 Note: The Care Programs feature does not have a full integration to byondpro. Care Programs use data tables from RecordKeepr. 
 
Care Programs include the following operational areas:
 
 
 
 
  •  Contracts with the cemetery customers to look after individual locations
  •  Renew Contracts that have expired
  •  Tracking issued Invoices as a result of Contracts
  •  Tracking Purchase Orders issued to the Suppliers
  •  Send Work Orders to your internal team/s via Task Manager.
  •  Configuration of inventory and product areas.
