Payment handling when activating and deactivating the Act as Agent Feature.
1. Invoices with pending payments in Byondcloud will not be canceled, so there is no need to reissue them.
2. During the switch of Merchant IDs, the payment links attached to the invoices will expire. To accommodate this change, a new email containing the updated link will be sent to consumers who have pending payments.
3. The payment links within the Byondcloud application (e.g., Recordkeepr, Care Programs, Floral Programs - internal checkout, etc.) also need to be updated. When users click on the "Pay now" button, they should be redirected to the correct payment link.
4. There are two processes that need to be followed:
a. Onboarding customers to use the OX merchant ID if they have subscribed to Agency Payments.
b. Offboarding customers from Agency Payments and transitioning them to their own Merchant ID.
