Phase Assignment

The first step when a new job is created in Task Manager is for a supervisor to assign the phases / tasks to the appropriate team or user /s for completion.

Only users with supervisor rights can assign bookings to teams or users.

Non-supervisor users only see the bookings and tasks / phases assigned to them.

There are multiple ways to assign phases to teams and users:

Assign Team by Default to Jobs - Allows certain bookings to be automatically assigned to specific teams.
Assign Job to Team - Assigns the entire booking to a selected team.
Assign Phase to Team - Assigns a single phase to a selected team.
Assign Task to User - Assigns a single task to a user.
