Floral Programs 

 
 
The Floral Programs module allows the death-care businesses- cemeteries, funeral homes and florists - to drive revenue from delivery of flowers on special occasions like Independence Day, Veteran's Day, death anniversaries, birthdays, Easter, or Christmas.  
 
Note : A funeral home will need to have a memorial garden to use the Floral Programs module.

You will need the following settings completed to use Floral Programs :
 
  •  create your sites in the Manage Sites module
  •  set up locations, deceased and holder of rights records in RecordKeepr
  •  create additional family contacts, connected via relationships, in the Contact Lists  in the Persons module
  •  create a catalog of internal and external-facing products in the Items module
  •  select external Suppliers in Manage Site -> Suppliers
   Additionally your partner supplier, for example a florist, will create their own Items catalog that can be used by your business as part of Floral Programs.
  •  create Packages on the Floral Programs Configuration page, if you would like to sell bundles of products
  •  create Email and/or Paper Templates on the Floral Programs Configuration page
  •  create Special Occasions managed in Manage Account -> Special Occasions.
  •  set up marketmakr to enable online shopping for your customers
  •  set up opuspay to enable online payments for your customers
