The Configuration section allows users to set up inventory and product areas for effective management of Care Programs.  
 
 
 
The optimal management of Care Programs includes:
 
  •  The categorization of different Care Programs Types which is a reporting and grouping mechanism.
  •  Creating packages of services and products sold to the customers - Care Programs.
  •  An additional set up for special celebrations that trigger a Care Program - Special Occasions e.g. delivering a winter-themed wreath for Christmas or other specific program event.
