This section assumes you are already using Recordkeepr.
 
The following additional steps may be required for configuring Proxy Manager for use.
 

Security Profiles

 
Security profiles are required to determine what any users that needs to access byondcloud can see and do. See how to set up your security profiles in the Manage Account / Security Profiles section of this guide.
 
The two functions specifically related to Proxy Manager are PM_Manage Campaign and PM_Reports.
 
You can allow users the following rights within the Manage Campaign area of Proxy Manager.
 
  • Create
  • Read
  • Update
  • Delete
 
The Reports area of Proxy Manager, allow users to

  • Read
 
 

Create Users

 
Once security profiles are set up, create any users that will need access to byondcloud to manage the voting slips for your Annual General Meeting and assign them to a security profile.
 
Please note that users will not need to be assigned to a territory to action tasks within Proxy Manager.
