Assign Team by Default to Jobs
The Assign Team by Default function allows users with the appropriate configuration permissions to set certain job types to be assigned automatically to a specific team.
By adding this setting, a Burial Booking job for any Lawn Grave at Cemetery One will be automatically assigned to the Lawn Burials Team, as in our example below.
This function works well if you have certain teams that always work on certain job types.
If you have interchangeable teams that work on similar jobs, this function may not give you the flexibility you need.
However, it is still possible to add individual users to the job as well, allowing you to borrow members from other teams to help with certain projects.
