top banner includes a control to INCLUDE ALL (check every option) Also so that each column header/function type has a check box for that column, e.g. CREATE checks every box, every row in the Create column list.
Toggle all marks all to Y, toggle off clears for the whole column. Otherwise, user can still check individual rows/functions on/off.
