View Phase Info and Phase Details Management

 
Clicking the View button under the Actions column on the Phase Info Management page will open the View Phase Info / Phase Details Management page.
 
There are two sections on this page:
 
  • The View Phase Info section, which gives an overview of the phase info.
     
  • The Phase Details Management section, which allows the user to link and sequence phases and tasks.
 
This is the process that puts all the previously created phases and tasks to work as actionable, logical processes for users, as discussed in the Supervisor Processes and Team Member Processes topics.
 
 
 
If you have many phase detail entries, you can type the phase code or description, or the task code, description or sequence into the Search field in the top right-hand side of the screen to narrow your options, or you can change the number of entries viewable on each page by using the drop-down in the top left-hand side of the screen.
 
 
There is also a function to delete a phase detail by clicking the red delete button under the Actions column.
