Welcome to RecordKeepr! RecordKeepr is a cloud-based program which is part of our byondcloud product offering. It is designed to help you manage cemetery records online, as well as assist with compliance in record keeping legislation.
With RecordKeepr, you’ll be able to:
· Manage Locations - such as graves, crypts, vaults, niches and cremation memorials.
· Manage Rights Holders - including personal details for grave / plot owners, terms of rights and date granted.
· Manage Rights Transfers - including date of transfer, authoriser’s details and recipient’s details.
· Manage Deceased Records - including personal details, exhumation details and interment information.
· View Inventory Availability - including available locations for sale within a selected cemetery.
· Manage Invoices - allowing quoting and invoicing items and adding payments and credits to those invoices.
· Create Reports - generating reports on locations, rights holders, interments or exhumations.
