Proxy Manager

Proxy Manager will assist your cemetery trust to manage the rights holders' vote slips for your Annual General Meeting in a seamless process.

 

Proxy Manager can pull your existing byondpro or byondcloud records (or even records from a 3rd party database) and create voting slips with barcodes to track each individual slip and response.

 

Proxy Manager will create address labels to send out your voting slips in the mail.

 

When responses start coming in, scan the barcode in to Proxy Manager, confirm the validity and send out the Annual General Report.

 

You can even track when to pick up attendees, for example, from the train station and print name badges for those attendees and their guests.

 

Close the campaign when ready and all data is collated in one place.
