Post-Invoice Links Created

 

After a customer has been invoiced, several links occur between records in RecordKeepr.

 

If the invoice in question involved the sale of a location to a rights holder, that location will now be marked as Sold in the Manage Locations module.

 

 

However, if a deceased record was also created and linked to the location during the invoice process, the location record will now be marked as Interment in the Manage Locations module.

 

The Rights Holder record that was created during invoicing this location sale will now have a new record in the Manage Rights Holders module, and this record has been automatically linked to the sold location record.

 

Lastly, if a new deceased person record is created and linked to the location during the invoice, that deceased record will be created in Manage Deceased Records. This deceased record will also be automatically linked to the location.
