Payment Transactions

 
The Payments Transactions page allows users to track all payments recorded in and/or processed from byondcloud.
 
byondcloud customers who don't use opuspay will see all Cash/Cheque/Other payments recorded by the users.
 
byondcloud customers who use opuspay will additionally track all Terminal and Online payments. 
 
 
On the Payments Transaction page the users can see:
 
  •  when the payment was processed/recorded - Pay Date
  •  what invoice the payment was in Reference to
  •  what Type of payment it was, e.g., Online or Terminal Payment
  •  whether the payment was part of OpusXenta's Agency Payment function
  •  what the Amount was
  •  who the Payer was
  •  which byondcloud module the payment was Requested By, e.g., RecordKeepr or Care Programs
  •  what the Status is, e.g., Fail, Success, Processing
 
The user can also View details of each payment.
 
 
The user can also Export the transactions to a CSV file.
