Cemetery / Crematorium Configuration

 
This section will focus on the cemetery application and specifically, how to set up an account and integrate it to byondpro, if using an integrated version.
 
This section steps the cemetery account administrator through the configuration of resources and screens to prepare your account to receive online bookings.
 
Setups required include:
 
  •  Manage Account:
These setups are managed from the side menu options that display under Manage Account.
  •  Account Configuration
  •  Security Profiles, Permissions
  •  Site Structure.
     
  •  Manage Sites
  •  Manage Users
    Navigate to these by either using the Dashboard or the Side Menu Options.
     
    For a stand-alone byondcloud, the Resource Calendar also needs to be considered in configuration.
     
    For an integrated byondcloud, setups also required are:
     
  •  byondpro Sync Configuration
  •  Mapping.
 
Each of these setups will be explained now in detail.
 
While completeing the configuration, you may want to take a look at the Funeral Director View section to see how the configuration looks to the Funeral Director when placing a booking.
